Description

A service for renewing permits for insurance companies, making use of the services related to the Eclaim electronic system. The permit is renewed annually, with the Authority notified of a fee amounting to 0.5% (half a percent) of the insurance claims paid in the previous year, provided that the proceeds are not less than the fee determined for the issuance of the permit.

Fee Details

This is calculated based on the percentage of claims paid in the previous year, provided that the proceeds of the fee are not less than the fee prescribed for the issuance of the permit, as applicable (AED 150,000 or AED 350,000, depending on the company)
