Category 1: Hospitals
Final Approval (Inspection) – 4000 AED
License Fees :
Above 100 beds – 40000 AED
50 to 100 beds – 30000 AED
Less than 50 beds – 20000 AED

Category 2: Day Surgical Centres / IVF Centres / Convalescence House
Final Approval (Inspection) – 3000 AED
License Fees : 20000 AED


Category 3: PolyClinic, Dental Clinic, GP Clinic, School Clinic & Others
Final Approval (Inspection) – 2000 AED
License Fees :
Polyclinic with 3 Specialty – 18000 AED
Polyclinic with 2 Specialty – 12000 AED
Specialty clinic – 6000 AED
Pharmacy – 7500 AED
School Clinic / GP / Others - 5000 AED
