Sick leaves

Can we issue online sick leave to patients after days/ months in case the patient forgets/ misses to request for it, on their consultation day?

Issuing retrospective (Back-dated) sick leaves is not acceptable.

Patients who are admitted in the facility cannot be issued a sick leave, on the day of admission. Can the sick leave be issued on the day of discharge?

Yes, sick leaves for patients who are admitted can be issued upon their discharge however, it should include the following information: Admission date, Discharge date and any sick leaves to follow.

If a patient were to visit the Emergency ward night, can the facility issue a sick leave for the day?
